Al Letson is actually a lot more than just a playwright. He’s an accomplished poet, having performed on Russell Simmons’ Def Poetry on HBO, an actor, a writer, and the winner of the National Public Radio Talent Quest.

I photographed Al so he could update his publicity shots for some upcoming projects which include a play and film festival.

Scarlett came to shoot some headshots with me and I’m very pleased with how they turned out. She had a great connection with the camera, especially in the eyes.
